A year is paid once, up front, and runs for twelve months. Cancel whenever you like — the plan then stops at the end of the year you paid for rather than renewing.

The directory, charts, scores and news cost us almost nothing to serve, so they are not held hostage. All 6,369 companies listed on NYSE, NASDAQ and NYSE American, deduplicated to one row per company.
Fundamentals and institutional position history are built on SEC data, which is a public record. You are paying for the work of collecting, comparing and checking it — not for the data.
It is handed the same figures you can see and asked to say what they indicate — nothing more. It cannot fetch data of its own, does not forecast prices and does not recommend anything. The numbers above it remain the record.
A research tool for US-listed shares. It gathers the things you would otherwise open six tabs to find — price history, a company's own SEC filings, published analyst targets, institutional 13F filings and official market news — and puts them on one page per company, with a plain-English reading of the figures.
A 1–100 reading of recent market behaviour, computed from real prices. It weights 6-month price trend (50%), 1-month price trend (25%), stability (25%). The inputs are printed beside the score on every stock page, so you can check the number rather than trust it. It is not an analyst rating and not a recommendation.
Fundamentals come from the SEC's XBRL company facts — the companies' own filings. Institutional positions come from Form 13F-HR on EDGAR. Analyst consensus and the earnings calendar come from Nasdaq. Quotes come from a licensed market data provider and are delayed. News comes directly from institutional newsrooms. Nothing on the site is modelled or estimated: where a figure is not reported, the page says so.
The AI Read on every company, fundamentals from SEC filings, full analyst price targets, complete institutional filing activity, screener filters on valuation and growth, and CSV export. $9.90 a month.
Yes, and the free tier is not a trial. Searching all 6,369 companies, the charts, the score, delayed quotes, the news and the companies you follow stay free. You also see the first three analyst targets and the first three institutional filings in full, so you can judge the paid data before paying for it.
Any time, from the billing page, without emailing anyone. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the site tells you the date it ends.
No. It shows you data and explains what the figures say. It does not tell you what to buy, does not forecast prices, and the AI Read is explicitly forbidden from doing either.
No. There is no brokerage connection, no account linking and no trading. Venuedepth never holds your money and cannot place an order. It reports what public filings and exchanges say, and nothing else.
Quotes are delayed. Fundamentals update when a company files. 13F filings are due 45 days after each quarter ends, so institutional positions are as of the filing date and not today's holdings — that is a property of the filing, not of this site. 6 managers are tracked.
The free plan is not a trial and does not expire. Look up a few companies first — Depth will still be here.
