When an officer, director or 10% owner buys their own company’s stock on the open market, they file a Form 4 with the SEC within two business days. These are recent purchases scoring 70 or above on the Insider Score, strongest first.
The Insider Score rates the purchase, from the filing itself: how much the insider spent, how senior they are, how many other insiders at the same company bought in the same window, and how recently. It is free on this page. It is not a forecast — it says nothing about what the share price will do, and no part of it is derived from what the price has already done. The six-month chart beside it is separate context.
Open-market purchases only, transaction code P. Share grants and option exercises are excluded because neither is a decision to buy at the market price. A purchase is one person’s decision on one day, filed after the fact — it is not a recommendation, and Venuedepth places no trades.
