The rules
Keep it honest.
People trust you with their money decisions. Break these and the partnership ends.
Always
Label every post as an advert or paid partnership, every time. That is a legal requirement, not a preference.
Show the real site, and describe it as what it is: a research tool.
Use figures as the site shows them, and say what date they are from.
Never
Promise returns, profits or results of any kind.
Tell anyone to buy or sell a stock because of Venuedepth, or call it financial advice.
Use fake reviews, invented screenshots or anyone else's name or face.
Buy search adverts on the word Venuedepth, or send spam.
Use your own link for your own subscription.
The terms
Commission. 30% of what each subscriber you refer pays us during the first 12 months of their subscription. Monthly and yearly plans both count. Chart read packs do not.
What counts as your subscriber. Someone who opened your link no more than 60 days before subscribing, on the same device and browser. If they opened two partners’ links, the latest one counts. Someone who was already a subscriber does not.
Refunds. Commission is earned once the 14-day refund period on a payment has passed. A refunded payment earns nothing.
Payment. Monthly, in US dollars, to your bank account or PayPal, once you have reached $25.00. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
Tax. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
Ending. Either side can stop at any time. We pay what you have already earned, unless you broke the rules above. If we change these terms we give you 30 days’ notice by email.
Your role. You are an independent partner. You do not work for Venuedepth and cannot speak on its behalf. Free Depth ends when the partnership does.
